1. Site Preparation o Cleaning of the existing court surfaces to remove all dirt, debris, moss, mold, or loose materials. o Minor crack repair, patching, and leveling of low spots (birdbaths) in accordance with industry standards. o Application of acrylic patch binder and/or crack filler as appropriate. 2. Resurfacing System o Application of an acrylic resurfacer coat to promote adhesion. o Installation of a minimum two-coat acrylic color system (colors to be approved by the District). o Application of final playing surface coats designed for tennis court use. o Striping and line painting in compliance with USTA regulations. 3. Nets and Posts Refurbishment o Inspection and refurbishment of all six sets of tennis net posts, including cleaning, repainting, tightening, and resetting if required. o Installation of new net post sleeves, anchors, and hardware where necessary. o Installation of new regulation-grade tennis nets on all six courts. o Installation of new center straps and anchor bolts at each court. 4. Finishing o Final inspection of playing surface, nets, and posts with the District’s project manager. o Final cleanup and removal of all construction debris from the site.
