Specifications include, but are not limited to: Tulsa Public Schools is seeking information regarding a comprehensive, enterprise-class LTE/CBRE or comparable solution to provide Internet access for its students. While the district has leveraged the Erate program to establish wireless on campus networks and connect to the Internet, the COVID 19 pandemic exacerbated the already existing digital divide that impacts many of our most least reached and vulnerable communities. The district is seeking to understand the cost to build out and maintain a long-term solution to address the digital divide. In addition, many of the current hotspot and family assistance programs through CARES and the Emergency Broadband Benefits programs are limited in duration and will only provide short term relief for the digital divide.
