Consumable paper products All products shall be packages on pallets, wrapped in shrink wrap or banded secured to the pallet. Successful bidders shall give Muskogee Public Schools seven days notice before scheduled delivery time. The scheduled time shall be coordinated with Muskogee Public Schools during normal scheduled hours so paper products can be unloaded by fork lift.
