A. Demolition Provide and operate a crane for removal of all stacks. Supply a dumpster for removal and lawful disposal of all waste materials. Detach and remove stacks from the unit. Remove the Draft Inducer and clear all refractory beneath it. Remove the Primary Chamber Burner, disconnecting all air, gas, and electrical connections. Remove the Secondary Chamber Burner along with all associated connections. Remove all top skin panels. Demolish and remove all refractory and insulation down to the Secondary Chamber floor. Remove the hydraulic pump and all flexible hoses. B. Repair and Rebuild Grind, bevel, and weld any cracks at corners of the Primary Chamber opening on the faceplate. Install a new hydraulic pump in accordance with OEM specifications; a Baldor motor and Argo Hytos solenoids are preferred. Replace all existing rubber hydraulic hoses; Swagelok stainless steel hoses and fittings are preferred.
