The University of Oklahoma (OU) invites proposals from qualified consultant teams to partner with the University in developing a comprehensive Campus Master Plan that will guide OU’s campus development in support of the next phase of the Lead On, University Strategic Plan. OU seeks a consulting firm with extensive experience in the development of similar campus master plans at research universities and academic health systems nationally, with demonstrated success in delivering transformative campus plans at major public research universities. This RFP is intended to identify consultant partners with the vision, creativity, experience, and technical capabilities necessary to lead the development of this long-term collaborative campus master planning effort.
