___2.1 All parts and supplies that are needed to perform PM. ___2.2 All parts provided must be genuine LECO parts or equivalent. ___2.3 Telephone support to isolate and resolve hardware and software problems available Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm (CT). ___2.4 On-site hardware troubleshooting and repair following the identification of need for on-site service. Troubleshooting and repair includes diagnosis and corrections of product malfunctions and failures. ___2.5 All labor, travel costs, and parts required for PM to be included in bid. ___2.6 One Comprehensive Preventative Maintenance (PM) for the both units as outlined by LECO’s standard PM checklist. ___ 2.6.1 All parts and supplies needed should be included in the bid. ___ 2.6.2 All parts used for the PM must be provided by Vendor and of LECO approved origin. This excludes common consumables associated with each unit. ___ 2.6.3 Preventative Maintenance should include the following at a minimum. ___ 2.6.3.1 Perform general inspection of complete system. ___ 2.6.3.2 Replace major wear components. ___ 2.6.3.3 Checking and replacing any worn/damaged tubing. ___ 2.6.3.4 Check/Grease Ballast. ___ 2.6.3.5 Replace and repack combustion/afterburner tube. ___ 2.6.3.6 Checking and replacing system O-rings.
