-Clean out two (2) pitch pockets over kitchen and repair using pourable sealer. Clean and repair soil stack next to pitch pockets using ELS and Burmesh in a 5-course method. -Cut and relax three (3) blisters and repair using ELS and Burmesh in a 5-course method. -Around two (2) HVAC units, clean and reseal vertical and horizontal lap seams using clear Spec 2. Apply new fasteners where fasteners are missing. Check for any loose fasteners, re-tighten and seal with Spec 2 if needed. Clean and reseal around panels over conduit boxes using Spec 2. Cover any holes around unit using PolyFoil tape. Check Standing seam roof panels on top of both HVAC units for any deficiencies. Repair any deficiencies found using Spec 2 and PolyFoil. At curb flashings on both units, repair any failed vertical lap seams using ELS and Burmesh in a 5-course method. Remove old weatherstripping around HVAC access panels for both units and apply new weatherstripping. -Remove failed repair material around conduit pitch pan on East side of HVAC unit using a grinder wheel and wire brush. Prime pitch pan and repair using ELS and Burmesh in a 5-course method. Repair soil stack and penetration next to conduit pitch pan using ELS and Burmesh in a 5-course method. Check targets around both penetrations and repair with ELS and Burmesh as needed. -At fish mouth Southwest of HVAC unit, cut out and repair using ELS and Burmesh in a 5-course method.
