This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY and is utilized as a means of conducting market research to identify companies that are interested and have the resources to support this requirement. The Government is NOT obligated to and will NOT pay for any information received from potential sources. No reimbursements will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requests. This notice is for planning purposes only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, a Request for Proposals, Solicitation, or Request for Quotes, nor does it serve as an indication that the Government will contract for the items contained herein.
It is the intent of the Oklahoma Army National Guard (OKARNG) to award approximately fifteen Catered Meal Services Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs).
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Catered Meal Services. The contractor shall provide services based on unit / customer requirements which provide designated serving times, locations, quantities and meal selections including but not limited to meats, vegetables, dairy, canned products and different food base products. The requirements may include services on weekends and recognized US holidays at Government facility/installation and other designated training locations.
The following locations are potential meal delivery locations: Ada, Altus, Ardmore, Braggs (Camp Gruber Training Site), Bartlesville, Broken Arrow, Ft Smith, AR (FT Chaffee Training Site), Chandler, Claremore, Durant, Edmond, Enid, Holdenville, Lawton, Lexington, McAlester, Midwest City, Muskogee, Mustang, Norman, Oklahoma City, Okmulgee, Ponca City, El Reno, Sand Springs, Shawnee, Stillwater, Tulsa, Vinita, Weatherford.
Telephone inquiries will not be accepted nor acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
Responses to this notice should be limited to maximum 3 pages and must include:
1. Company name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone and website address (if available), and the name, telephone number, and e-mail address of a point of contact having the authority and knowledge to clarify responses with Government representatives.
2. Any socio-economic status claimed. Companies also must be registered in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov to be considered as potential sources. This status must be verifiable per the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov).
3. Current or recent federal contracts, by contract number, relative to this requirement.
