WOrk shall include paint-both sides, lockset, deadbolt; EXTERIOR: 58 LF Fascia/Replace/1" x 6"/ Replace Fascia/ Use SmartSide Textured pre-primed Fascia material. Fastnen using recommeneded nails. Caulk and paint. Across front of the house match exsisting thickness; KITCHEN: 1 Ea Fire Extinguisher.
