Supplier(s) shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and services necessary to complete the Carpenter Hall Renovation as depicted in the design documents. Work includes, but is not limited to: Architectural & Interior: Selective demolition per 100% CD demolition plans Installation of new partitions, finishes, casework, and doors Repair and cleaning of existing masonry façade Coordination with new elevator installation and associated structural openings Safety barricades and protection during construction Mechanical (HVAC): Complete removal of existing mechanical systems Installation of new air handling units, ductwork, hydronic piping, insulation, and controls Compliance with the Load Memo for sprinkler support, anchor selection, and load verification Installation of HVAC equipment per New Mechanical System drawings Testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of the entire mechanical system Coordination of penetrations, sleeves, seismic restraints, and equipment supports Electrical: Removal and replacement of electrical panels, distribution, branch circuits, and lighting Installation of new electrical infrastructure to support the mechanical system Coordination of transformer placement using Transformer Pad Detail Grounding and bonding of all new equipment per NEC and project specifications Low-voltage system rough-in and coordination Plumbing & Fire Protection: Removal of existing plumbing where indicated Installation of new domestic water, sanitary, vent, and storm piping Sprinkler piping installed per Load Memo anchor requirements
