6.1. The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and supplies to perform all services relating to this contract and will be responsible for facilitating all orders. 6.1.1. ODOC will be responsible for providing utilities, dumpsters for solid waste removal and licensed pest control services to the specified canteen areas at the facilities. 6.2. The contractor shall provide a minimum weekly canteen bag and drop services along with a specialty package program under which inmates, family members and friends may order preapproved items from online store and printed catalogs for facilities listed on Exhibit 6. 6.2.1. The contractor may offer canteen ordering and fulfillment more frequently than the weekly bag and drop and specialty package program at facilities, if requested to and approved by ODOC on a facility-by-facility basis. 6.3. Only specified areas of the facilities will be available for the canteen and its storage. No other areas of the facility will be made available to the contractor for storage. 6.4. ODOC provides primary security in all of its facilities that receive services in this contact, to include security in accordance with ODOC policy 04 “Security”. https://oklahoma.gov/doc/organization/quality-assurance/auditing-and-compliance/policies-andprocedures/security-04.html. 6.5. The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining security of all sharp items and caustic materials, as well as all inventories. All tool control logs shall be made available at any time to the ODOC facility warden or designee.
