Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Oklahoma Department of Human Services is issuing this SOLICITATION TO PROVIDE ARMED SECURITY GUARD services fort the following two (2) locations: NORTHERN OKLAHOMA RESOURCE CENTER (NORCE) 2600 E.WILLOW, ENID, OK. 73701 and SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA RESOURCE CENTER (SORC) 3210 CHICKASAW ST., PAULS VALLEY, OK. 73098. Contractor must be able to provide one armed/uniformed CLEET certified employee at Northern Oklahoma Resource Center (NORCE) and one armed/uniformed CLEET certified employee at Southern Oklahoma Resource Center (SORC), five days per week, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. each day, and 24 hours a day for Saturday, Sunday and all Holidays.Contractor must be able to assign specific personnel to specific shifts. Contractor must provide CLEET certified back-up personnel to substitute when needed. The Resource Center Director or Designee must be notified immediately of any changes in security personnel assigned to this contract. Contractor must provide a two-way communication device to be used by OKDHS personnel to maintain a line of communication with the security personnel at all times for both resource centers.
