• Enhancing wildfire preparedness and community resilience through coordinated planning and stakeholder engagement. • Assessing wildfire hazards and community vulnerabilities using geospatial analysis, fire behavior modeling, and field data. • Identifying priority mitigation projects that reduce wildfire risk to life, property, and critical infrastructure. • Supporting community awareness and education through public outreach, defensible-space messaging, and integration of Firewise USA® and Ready, Set, Go! principles. • Strengthening coordination and communication among local jurisdictions, volunteer fire departments, tribal partners, and state and federal agencies. • Integrating the CWPP with existing emergency management and mitigation frameworks, including the Comanche County Hazard Mitigation Plan and Evacuation Annex. • Providing accessible, GIS-based tools and products such as interactive maps and an ArcGIS StoryMap to support public understanding and long-term planning.
