Cherokee Nation Businesses is seeking a qualified vendor to submit proposals for an internal communications email solution. CNB is seeking a modern, efficient and analytics-driven method for delivering communications to approximately 500 employees, with the flexibility to scale and add user licenses as the organization grows. The solution should improve the quality of emails delivered through Outlook, enhance communication engagement through analytics, simplify list management and optionally support mass texting with full two-way communication capabilities. The selected vendor will: Modernize internal email communication capabilities across CNB. Improve the visual presentation and formatting of internal messages delivered through Outlook. Provide robust analytics on employee engagement with communications. Simplify and centralize distribution list management. Integrate with existing CNB platforms, especially SharePoint and Oracle HCM. Introduce optional, scalable mass texting capabilities with two-way functionality and analytics. Email Creation & Delivery Ability to produce visually improved, professionally formatted emails that render consistently across Outlook desktop, mobile and web clients. Compatibility with SharePoint content and ability to pull/display intranet content within emails as needed. Support for multiple sender identities; send-on-behalf capability is preferred but not required. Ability to send emails either: Directly from the platform, Through an Outlook add-in, Or via API — any method is acceptable. Optional personalization functions (e.g., name, department), if available.
