The Oklahoma Military Department (OMD) is requesting bid(s) (RFB) for wall tile installation in the main men's restroom (room 122), dressing room (room 123), and shower (room 124) of the El Reno Readiness Center. Project consists of removing and storing appropriately all furniture and appliances (if needed) except for personal effects such as computers and pictures. Demo removal of existing wall tile. Installing new tile on all walls the three rooms have approximately 145 linear feet of wall, including 10 outside corners and 14 inside corners. Measurements and counts to be field verified. Specifications: 3.1 To provide and install new wall tile new tile to be in Earth tone or a beige subway tile or a large format porcelain wall tile (12in x 12in or 12in x 24in). 3.2 To provide and install new grout, dark in color (ex. Brown, gray, or charcoal). Grout is to be sealed and/or of a type that is manufacturer approved for wet locations.
