Feeder breaker 101 at the Kingfisher Industrial Substation in Kingfisher Oklahoma has not been used for several years. Before placing it in service, it needs the following tests and work completed: Test existing 15 kV circuit breaker 101: (a) Measure contact resistance using a 100 amp D.C. Digital Low Resistance Ohmmeter (D.L.R.O.). (b) Timing test trip and close. (c) Verify anti-pump. (d) Verify all the trip, close and heaters circuits have correct voltages and operation. (e) Verify the integrity of foundation ground connections to ground grid. (f) Clean breaker bushings, mechanism, air filters and other internal and external parts as needed. (g) Test 351S relay located in the breaker cabinet for proper trip, close and reclose operation. (h) Hi-Pot vacuum bottles. Doble power factor overall test.
