Services to be Provided by the Supplier - Investment Policy Review & Development: Evaluate and update the current Investment Policy Statement (IPS) to reflect the organization's goals, objectives, risk tolerance, and regulatory compliance. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Provide regular, comprehensive performance reports, including benchmarking against relevant indices and peer groups. Manager Selection & Due Diligence: Identify, screen, and recommend investment managers. Conduct ongoing due diligence and evaluation of current investment managers. Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure compliance with fiduciary, legal, and regulatory standards. Monitor risk exposure and recommend adjustments as necessary. Ad Hoc Consulting Services: Provide advice on special projects or market changes as requested. Meeting: Attend quarterly RPMC meetings to review performance, assess the investment program and make recommendations.
