1. Provide backfill sand and topsoil that meet the specifications outlined in this bid, free from debris, contaminants, and unsuitable materials. 2. Delivery: Contractor shall have the capability to deliver materials to locations designated by the owner when requested. 3. Pickup: Contractor shall also allow for owner representatives to pick up materials directly from the contractor’s facility during mutually agreed-upon days and times. 4. Ensure all materials meet specified quality standards, including gradation, compaction, and fertility requirements where applicable. 5. When pickup is requested, contractor shall load materials onto owner-provided vehicles in a safe and timely manner at no additional cost. 6.
