This Request for Proposal is open to all artists, museums, groups, and individuals that are interested in developing a photography display. The display should represent Tulsa’s unique world-class art history, art deco architecture, Native roots, or another facet of our community’s art or outstanding cultural elements. These exhibits will be located in two areas- the ticketing area on both concourses. These displays are vast in size and can be seen from both levels of Tulsa International Airport. Those viewing the exhibit will both inbound and outbound passengers as well as employees and visitors. The exhibit will be a one (1) year contract, effective August 1, 2025 and ending July 31, 2026 with a mutual option to extend for one (1) year. The display can be a vinyl wall print depicting the art or a vinyl background to accompany individual pieces of artwork. These displays can be identical or highlight different pieces of art. The measurements of the vinyl print areas are as follows: 275-inch width by 256.25” height (22 ft, 11 in W x 21 ft w, 4.25 in H) The printing and installation costs ($6,290) of the vinyl for the selected entry must be funded by the proposing Applicant. The exhibit must have the following components to be considered: • The display will reflect Tulsa and have a Tulsa connection. • All proposals will be reviewed and selected by the Airport Art and Culture Program Committee.
