Specifications include, but are not limited to:The successful bidder mist provide security services for the purpose of: C.4.1.1. Protecting CLEET faculty, staff and students from threatened and/or actual bodily harm, theft and/or robbery C.4.1.2. Deterring property damage, auto and other theft and vandalism to the property of CLEET, as well as the property of, staff and students C.4.1.3. The services to be provided include but are not limited to: a. Designated security officers shall make regular periodic tours of the premises in accordance with the routes and schedules established in the post orders, checking all gates, doors, windows, lights, and logging such tours as directed in the post orders. b. Report any unusual incidents or hazardous conditions following post directives and submitting written reports if required. c. Prevent unauthorized persons from entering the facility d. Respond to emergencies by contacting proper authorities e. Perform all other specific duties and any additional future duties, which CLEET and the contracting entity may agree f. Security services performed shall be in accordance with accepted security practices and standards
