The purpose of this project is to provide labor for the construction of overhead power distribution infrastructure. All construction materials (poles, conductors, insulators, hardware, etc.) shall be provided by the Owner. Equipment, personnel, tools and disposable incidental materials shall be provided by the Contractor. All work to be completed shall be in accordance with the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Utilities Service RUS Bulletin 1728F-804 (current release). All work shall be in accordance with these specifications, drawings and current industry standards. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for safety of their work site at all times. The scope of work for each work order shall be detailed and agreed upon by the Owner and Contractor prior to the commencement of work.
