Specifications include, but are not limited to: Advertising/Marketing/Graphic Design Services for the Oklahoma Planning Council for Developmental Disabilities. The Oklahoma Developmental Disabilities Council continually promotes its projects, sponsored programs and various disability-related conferences and training programs. The Contractor will work closely with Council staff and membership to develop publicawareness, public relations and marketing items to educate the public and stakeholders on the accomplishments of the ODDC and topromote specific Council initiatives and programs.Contractor should have an understanding of individuals with disabilities, People First Language, and show the ability to work with theCouncil in its efforts to reach its intended and diverse audiences
