Specifications include, but are not limited to: This proposed contract is for approximately 151 hours of clearing woody vegetation and brush on various locations within the Barren Fork Wildlife Management Area (WMA) located near Westville, OK. Mulching of all trees 8” or less will be done within the boundary of designated areas. All trees and brush removed will have stabs/stumps mulched to less than 2 inches above ground level. Once the contract has been awarded, the exact areas for mulching will be determined by ODWC area personnel based on weather and terrain conditions. Equipment Requirements: Equipment Requirements: The equipment to be used must meet the following minimum specifications: Forestry Mulching equipment, minimum of 100 HP, rubber tracks, forestry mulching head, and must include an operator. Contract Specifications: Contractor is to provide all labor and needed equipment to complete the work as required. Operator will not be compensated for time spent on maintenance and repairs of equipment, including greasing or fueling of machine.
