ITB-17-999-04 - Lawn and Landscape Maintenance

The Metropolitan Library System requesting sealed bids for Lawn and Landscape Maintenance.   
Sealed bids will be accepted until September 7, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Business Office at the Downtown Library (3rd floor), 300 Park Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73102.  Bids will be opened and read aloud in the 4th floor conference room A. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “ITB 17-999-04 -Lawn and Landscape Maintenance” and shall have the name of the Vendor, and the time and date of the bid opening.  A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on August 23, 2016 at 2:00PM at the Downtown Library (3rd floor conference room), 300 Park Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73102.  Following the evaluation of bids, a recommendation will be made to the Metropolitan Library Commission for approval.
