Description

The requirements of the Contractor’s Pre-qualification pursuant to Ordinance No. 26,614 approved by City Council on December 8, 2020, are waived (for the purpose of bidding only) for this project. All other requirements of the pre-qualification ordinance (working in a public right-of-way) are not waived. In lieu of pre-qualification, Bidder is required to submit other evidence of knowledge and experience relating to Bidder’s ability to perform the work required for this project. A Bidder Special Questionnaire is available through the Electronic Bidding Process and must be properly completed and submitted with the Bid. Failure to properly complete the Bidder Special Questionnaire may be cause for the Bid to be recommended for rejection.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference for the subject project will be held at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Building 226 (west side of the Thomas P. Stafford Parking Lot) in the OCAT
conference room at 1:30 p.m. on October 8, 2025. Enter the facility through the Commercial Vehicle Inspection CVI Gate (5935 SW 74th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73169) and allow extra
time to gain access to the campus. The only planned site visit will immediately follow the Pre- Bid Conference.
