Vendor to state delivery time after placement of order. This information will be used as part of the criteria in bid evaluation.
Vendor must supply security information at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to delivery, ie; drivers name, license number and photo. Vendor must supply trailer number and have seals on all openings.
Vendor must supply certified weight and product analysis on each delivery.
