This project will be split into multiple design and construction phases (subject to change): Design Phase I: The first phase of A/E services will include an informal Facility Condition Assessment (no Facility Condition Assessment Consultant Desired), Program Development, Meeting Facilitation, Conceptual Estimating, Phasing and Budgeting, and Schematic Design for the entire building. Design and Construction Phase II (final scope to be determined at a later date): The second phase of A/E services will include Design Development, Construction Document Preparation, Bid and Award Support, Conformed Documents, Construction Administration for the following areas (as scope is determined and budget is allowed): • New Champions Complex Entry Lobby • Academic Space • Student Mental Health and Wellness • Training Table • Athletic Team Support (shelled space) • Shelled Space for Future Expansion (shelled space) • Equipment/Laundry (shelled space) • Exterior Envelope Repairs and Refresh • Building M/E/P/FP Systems Upgrades as required for this phase if can be split; Design and Construction Phase III (final scope to be determined at a later date): The final phase of A/E services will include Design Development, Construction Document Preparation, Bid and Award Support, Conformed Documents, Construction Administration for the following areas (as scope is determined and budget is allowed): • Updated ROTC Lobby • 2nd Floor ROTC refresh • Athletic Training Area • Athletic Team Support • Multi-Purpose Athletic Field Activity Area • Athletic Team Support • Shelled Space – Programming required • Equipment/Laundry • Building M/E/P/FP Systems Upgrades as required for newly finished spaces
