Specifications include, but are not limited to: This work consists of maintaining vehicular and pedestrian traffic and protecting the Work while the Contract is in force in accordance with ODOT Item 614 MAINTAINING TRAFFIC and the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (OMUTCD) including all published revisions. Full provisions shall be made by the Contractor for accommodating all vehicular and pedestrian traffic including traffic control devices. This work shall also consist of providing, erecting, maintaining and subsequently removing all temporary signing including detour route markings, signals, barricades, warning lights, pavement markings and protective fencing. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for all aspects of all traffic control unless traffic control work is otherwise specifically identified to be performed by the City of Wooster in the Contract Documents. The Contractor's responsibilities shall include all traffic control signing, barricades, barriers, signals, pavement markings, flaggers, law enforcement officers, lighting, fencing, and other incidentals necessary for the project work area(s).
