Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform refuse collection and recycling services at two locations: Location 1 - 178th Wing, 5319 Regula Ave, Springfield-Beckley Municipal Airport, Springfield, Ohio, 45502. Location 2 – 123rd Air Control Squadron, 10649 McKinley Road, Blue Ash, Ohio, 45242 The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Collection areas and frequencies are listed in Appendix A and base map in Appendix B. 1.1. COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS. 1.1.1. Routes/Schedules Submittals. The Contractor shall submit vehicle routes and collection schedules to 178th Civil Engineer Squadron (178 CES) for approval. The Contractor shall collect all refuse, garbage, and recyclable material. No changes are allowed to the schedule or haul route without 178 CES approval. Frequency tables are located at Appendix A. 1.1.2. Unscheduled Collections. 178 CES may require the Contractor to make unscheduled collections and disposals for special events or other occasions. The Contractor will respond within 24 hours of the event. Unscheduled collection payments shall be made by separate purchase order or Government credit card charge. 1.1.3. Inclement Weather Schedule. The Contractor shall collect refuse and recyclable material during periods of inclement weather. In cases of severe weather, 178 CES may authorize exceptions.
