PRESSWORK: Offset printed, two-sided, full bleed, four color process (150 line-screen minimum). D. INK: Four-color process, full bleed. E. BINDERY: Fold, collate in page sequence, saddle stitch on the long edge, trim to 7.5in x 5.125in (finished size). F. PACKAGING: Booklets shall be bound in sets of 20 or 25 by shrink wrap, paper strap, or plastic strap (no rubber bands). If plastic strap is used, do not over-tighten and damage the booklets. All bound sets are to be packaged in 200 lbs. test corrugated cardboard boxes / 200-400 books per box. Label Information (on outside of box) is to indicate the booklet title and total quantity within.
