Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is requesting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing a Security Camera System which will function as an access control system by integrating alarm monitoring, digital video indoor and outdoor IP security cameras, ID badging, visitor badging and monitoring, and database management into a single platform. Contractor shall include in this proposal all camera mounting hardware, support, maintenance, warranty, cabling, and training. This camera system will replace our current analog system and upgrade our current access control system. RTA will require the winning proposer to assess, acquire, and implement the GENETEC SECURITY CENTER with OMNICAST version 5.8 or the newest version available at the time of installation, new badge readers that can be controlled by the Genetec software, new employee and visitor ID badging, and new IP based cameras. The Genetec software should also include the Genetec Active Delivery which enables windows user accounts to be linked to Security Center User and cardholder accounts, and Site licenses are to be included for mobile app connections.
