Preventative Maintenance shall include but is not limited to: • Perform comprehensive inspections and maintenance checks on all designated sweepers and scrubbers. • Clean, lubricate, and adjust necessary components to ensure efficient operation. • Test all systems and safety features to guarantee compliance with regulations. • Replace worn-out parts as per manufacturer's recommendations. • Provide detailed reports outlining the condition of each equipment and the maintenance tasks performed. Emergency Services shall include, but not be limited to: • Respond promptly to any breakdowns or malfunctions reported by our team. • Troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs to restore equipment functionality. • Ensure availability of skilled technicians for emergency callouts during operational hours. Parts Provision: Supply genuine OEM parts for replacements when needed. Ensure availability of critical parts to minimize downtime.
