The scope of this project is to replace the existing PVC roofing and building exhaust RTU’s on main roof of the Jerome Schottenstein Center. The roof is original to the building that was opened in year 1998. The project will be delivered through the Construction Manager at Risk delivery method and construction will need to be phased to accommodate the Schottenstein Centers events. All events and daily operations will remain active during the project. This project includes asset tagging. The Primary firm submitting for the project is required to have the expertise capable of meeting this prerequisite and is responsible to support their consultants to meet this requirement.
