Specifications include, but are not limited to: Laboratory services as follows: 1. Specimen Analysis. 2. Ability to run all necessary initial screening and confirmation testing for all drugs required by the State of Ohio test panel. Confirmation tests must be performed in-house. 3. Storage of samples. 4. Disposal of samples. 5. Procedures to assure specimen validity (identification of dilute, invalid, substituted, adulterated specimens) and that the proper chain of custody is maintained throughout the testing process The Contractor must provide specimen collection services through a network of Contractor-designated sites throughout Ohio. Split specimens will be required for both the State of Ohio Non-DOT and federal DOT testing procedures. The Contractor must also have the capability to provide and arrange for, on rare occasions, after-hours and weekend testing for post-accident, workers comp, reasonable suspicion or pre-scheduled random drug and alcohol tests. Out-of-state collections may be requested from time-to-time by the State. Services shall also, on rare occasion and coordinated by the Contractor with DAS, include an alternative testing method (e.g. oral swab) for Non-DOT drug or alcohol test as an ADA accommodation. A roster of the collection sites currently used by the State is shown in Attachment Eleven. Offerors will be evaluated as to how closely they can provide a collection network at least as comprehensive as that currently in place. The Contractor must notify DAS within five (5) business days of the closure of a collection site and must provide a replacement within the following schedule
