The software solution must include such functionalities as, but not limited to, the following: 1. Standard reporting templates, which allow the ability to quickly pull risk information by type of data (claim, policy, etc.) at a detail or summary level. Reports, which can be scheduled and distributed to various distribution groups, and can be exported to PDF, Excel, or Word format. 2. Automated and streamlined data processing, accurate data consolidation, automated notifications and follow-ups, and improved analytics. 3. Accounting piece automated and fed into Lawson so that balances can be fed in and the entries become automated each month. Monthly reporting must be automated and include audit reporting of changes to claims files. 4. Safety and loss prevention suite to capture data and assist with compliance with Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) Federal Reporting requirements.
