Specifications include, but are not limited to: The College of Pharmacy intends to renovate approximately 2,336 square feet of the existing 6th floor of the Riffe Building to create more functional program spaces, increase user accessibility and support the College’s growing needs. The project scope consists of renovating rooms 603, 609, 611, 620, 637, 639 and 643 of the Riffe Building in order to create modern labs; synthetic labs and imaging room. This includes the removal of existing cabinets, lab benches, sinks and fume hoods, the abatement of any hazardous material, the installation of new fume hoods, drop down ventilation for flammable storage, relocation of sinks/eyewashes, more modern cabinetry, open shelving and new hallway doors.
