Specifications include, but are not limited to: Please consider this as the State of Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation’s Request for Quotation for a new partnership with a firm to enhance services to BWC customers using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. We need a team to come onboard and help us identify best use cases for AI; evaluate our existing AI infrastructure; establish AI governance practices; and work with BWC staff to build seven AI business solutions. Section 1: AI Strategy and Use Case Assessment: BWC desires to improve our current AI project identification and build practices. For future AI solution development, BWC would like to better understand what business processes the best candidates for AI solutions are, and how to implement procedures to identify these processes into the future. Vendor shall complete the following tasks: Interview stakeholders from business and IT; Hold a workshop or multiple workshops where ideas can be presented and evolved; Develop a framework specific for BWC for use case identification, quantification, and validation that can be used by BWC on an ongoing basis; Vendor shall provide the following deliverables: A comprehensive list of potential use cases; A focused list of prioritized use cases with details on feasibility, value, and implementation plan; A target AI strategy and use case framework; Section 2: AI Solution Development: BWC believes building a foundation of AI solutions will build momentum in the business community and equip the Enterprise Analytics team to manage future requests. BWC desires to engage in an effort to build AI solutions based on strategic impact and solution feasibility. Vendor shall complete the following tasks: Build or assist in building AI solutions (seven total) for processes identified in Section 1: AI Strategy and Use Case Assessment. Engage in all AI solution development lifecycle activities (Development/Testing/Deployment); Vendor shall provide the following deliverables: Two vendor-built AI solutions developed with BWC involvement; BWC will have final decision over solution objective selection; Vendor will lead team consisting of BWC and vendor developers
