The Department of Finance and Management, Office of Construction Management is initiating a procurement effort that will result in the award and execution of a contract for an Owners Representative / Project Management Services for the Real Time Crime Center & Public Safety Operations Campus project. The OR shall provide scope management, risk management, configuration management, project reporting, progress meetings, project closeout, and services for the duration of the construction period of this project as well as other services as identified in Exhibit B, Owners Representative’s Scope of Services. Services for which the Owners Representative is responsible are outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Other typical Owners Representative services shall be provided by the owner. The OR shall work cooperatively and in conjunction with the owner to ensure successful completion of the project. Before construction begins, the Owners Representative, Consultant, and the City shall review the firm’s responsibilities and create a clarifying document if necessary. The clarifying document, if created or amended through the project, is incorporated into this Agreement by reference as if attached. The project includes coordination and oversight among design professionals, CMAR contractor, City of Columbus Office of Construction Management, and other consultation services for the full design and construction of the Public Safety Campus
