Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Prevention Program (SADVPP) plans to continue development and implementation of required state and local evaluation plans and standardized, statewide evaluation tools for use across all SADVPP funded grantees, as well as providing technical assistance to local programs on their evaluation strategies. 1. Ways in which the contractor and partners will prioritize primary sexual assault prevention. Ways in which health disparities and disproportionate burden will be addressed using data from state and local entities. 2. Ways in which the grant contractor plans to leverage partnerships and resources to increase and sustain primary prevention efforts in the state. 3. Ways in which coordination with partners will be increased and/or maintained. 4. Plans for implementation of strategies selected for each focus area.
