Electrical Installation, Temporary Power Generation & Distribution o Successful bidder agrees to provide all materials, labor, and planning necessary to power Event site, approximately 4,000 linear feet, including all festival vendors, sponsors, exhibitors, porta johns, beverage refrigeration, trailers and stages under contract with the Event or as directed by Event Management. o Successful bidder will energize power panels for all vendors; however, it is the responsibility of the vendors to provide properly grounded and appropriately sized (according to the National Electric Code) cords to bidder’s panels. o Successful bidder will provide generators, 2nd or 3rd generation, grounded with simultaneous single and 3-phase power output and quiet operation, for any locations of the Event site where access to a Division of Electric festival power vault is not available. A copy of the Division of Electric festival power vault map is presented in EXHIBIT B. o Successful bidder will provide lighting to all booths provided by Event including but not limited to sponsor, beverage, souvenir booths and all others indicated by Event Management. All other vendors will be responsible for providing their own lighting and extension cords to bidder’s panels to power their lighting. • Temporary Water Distribution o Successful bidder agrees to provide up to 1000 feet of ¾”, reinforced or heavywalled, food grade water hose and water trees containing hose connections for 2 vending locations. Event Management will arrange connections at the closest fire hydrants with the Division of Water, bidder will install hose and provide protection ramps where required to prevent trip hazards. The temporary water distribution map is presented in EXHIBIT C. Should the scope of services or above boundaries change substantially both parties have the right to renegotiate the contract.
