Specifications include, but are not limited to: The indoor pool at this facility requires systematic investigation and overhaul. Primary areas of concern are: 1. Pool basin leakage, possible requirement for new liner 2. Pump systems possible replacement, including chlorine pumps and circulating pumps 3. Drainage system blockages and/or leaks 4. Valves functionality and condition 5. Pool dehumidification and ventilation repair or replacement 6. ADA accessibility 7. Pool deck condition. (Items 8, 9 and 10 below may necessitate the replacement of the entire pool deck.) 8. Replacement of pool deck drains and piping. 9. Replacement of the pool supply lines and return lines. 10. Elimination of the open pool fill tank in basement mechanical room. This will require reconfiguration of the pool piping system and addition of additional equipment and piping to replace the fill tank with a closed system. This may require the demolition of the pool gutter and replacement with pool wall scuppers for a closed system. The scope of this project shall include investigating these pool issues, making a design recommendation with cost estimate, executing the design, and administering the construction of the required improvements. In 2019, the City concluded a Schematic Design (SD) effort for general improvements to the facility, including: 1. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvement 2. Partial window replacement 3. Interior finishes 4. ADA ramp
