CAGIS desires to start the project upon consultant selection and signing of contract. 1. Data and Production Environment Preparation • Review completed Parcel Fabric Data Readiness Assessment. • Review existing data in ArcMap environment. • Assist with any final data preparation steps before export to production. • Assist with any final production environment tweaks before data migration. • Assist with finalization of step by step go-live plan. 2. ArcGIS Pro Parcel Fabric Implementation • Assist with migration of existing parcel fabric into CAGIS production ArcGIS Enterprise environment in ArcGIS Pro parcel fabric format. • Assist with post migration configuration (if needed). • Assist with publishing the production parcel fabric for editing. • Testing of parcel fabric in production environment. • Confirm parcel fabric is ready to go live for parcel editors. 3. ArcGIS Pro Parcel Fabric Editing Go-Live Support • Post go-live, support parcel fabric editors with any issues that arise. • Post go-live, support CAGIS IT staff with any issues that arise.
