Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to serve as a federal awards compliance, administration, and oversight consultant. The consultant will perform an analysis of the Department’s existing policies, procedures, and practices to evaluate compliance with relevant federal regulations, including Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards; perform substantive audit procedures to test effective implementation of existing internal controls; and produce documents including a risk assessment, internal controls and oversight assessment, and a final report.
