Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Restroom a. Clean sinks, toilets, restroom door handles, and floor. b. Replenish paper towels, hand soap, and toilet paper, as necessary. c. Empty trash and replace bags, as necessary. d. Replace ceiling lights, as necessary. 2) Lobby and office space a. Vacuum floors. b. Wipe down/dust furniture. c. Empty trash and replace bags, as necessary. d. Replace ceiling lights, as necessary. 3) The Respondent shall be responsible for the disposal of all liquid and solid waste from the performance of this contract. At no time shall the Respondent bring items to, or on, OOD property for disposal. In no circumstance shall old stripper, wax, or any other material be poured down the drain, nor disposed of improperly. 4) After all cleaning operations have been completed, all office furniture, chairs, desks, tables, etc., shall be placed in their proper position and the premises shall be left in an orderly condition. 5) Additional duties, assignments, tasks, and responsibilities may be requested by OOD, and as mutually agreed upon by the Respondent and OOD designated representative. A change order must be approved in writing by all parties prior to additional services beginning. C. Supplies and Equipment: 1) All supplies and equipment needed to complete the work shall be provided by the Respondent. 2) There is a utility closet on-site for storage of equipment and supplies. The utility closet is 5’ x 5’ with a mop sink. 3) Supplies shall include, but not be limited to: a. Cleaning chemicals b. Toilet paper c. Hand soap d. Paper towels e. Desk trash can liners f. Trash bags g. Ceiling light tubes/bulbs (Linear light bulbs) 4) A listing of all chemicals and copies of Material Safety Data Sheets used shall be maintained in accordance with regulations and shall be made available to the OOD designated representative upon request. All chemicals utilized shall be in accordance with the rules of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency. 5) All equipment purchased to perform work outlined shall be of acceptable commercial quality. A list of all equipment kept on site shall be provided to the OOD designated representative. The list shall include make, model, purchase date, purchase price, and serial number or other method of identification.
