Specifications include, but are not limited to: ODVS is seeking an integrated EHR solution to replace the existing EHR system used in the Georgetown and Sandusky OVHs. The scope of work required includes project management, system design, development, testing, training, implementation, integration with other systems, go-live, and post go-live assessment and optimization. Although the current OVH EHR system is self-hosted, OVH is interested in a cloud-based solution. Therefore, offeror proposals must include pricing and planning for a cloud-based scenario. The selected Contractor will provide detailed planning, system design, development, implementation, training, testing, conversion, and documentation required to implement its proposed EHR solution(s). In addition to seeking an EHR solution that meets its internal clinical and business needs, OVH desires a solution capable of interfacing with its other core software systems including, but not limited to, its pharmacy management system (QS/1), its dietary system (GeriMenu), contracted therapy services (Rehab Optima), contracted radiology services (MobileX), and contracted laboratory services (LabCorp). OVH also seeks to explore partnerships and integration with external healthcare providers that also provide care to OVH veterans, such as local hospitals, hospice, and the VA. Please refer to the Integration tab (INT tab) of Supplement 2 for a list of potential interfaces.
