The contractor must locate the defendant a minimum of every two minutes and upload information based on the severity of the violation but no less than every ten minutes. The contractor must have the ability to backlog data on the device for the life of the battery, in the event the device is not able to call in, upload or communicate with the server. The contractor shall provide initial and any necessary subsequent staff training on all services provided at no cost to the agency.
