Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Offeror must develop a written statistical analysis plan that will identify the proposed statistical methods, the data sets upon which the analysis will be based, the outcome of interest, and the covariates that will be considered in the model. The study methodology should include plans for assessment / identification of the appropriate geographic level of analysis that will be both predictive of lead exposure and of practical use to providers for targeting blood lead screening. B. The Offeror must produce a draft report outlining the background, methods, results, model fit, validation, discussion of the strengths and limitations of the study design and statistical analysis, conclusions, recommendations on how ODH can improve the ability to enhance future predictive models for lead screening.
