The Board wishes to engage an organization to provide day-to-day management services of the Dog Kennel using a resident management team under the policy direction of the Board of Clermont County Commissioners. Management services include, but are not limited to, daily operations for housing, feeding, caring for, adopting, fostering, destroying and disposing of registered and unregistered dogs brought to the Dog Kennel by the County Dog Warden or deputies, maintaining customer service standards, policy recommendations, budgeting, accounting, purchasing, safety, employee selection/training/discipline, equipment and facilities utilization, ensuring vehicles are maintained, marketing, public relations, volunteer coordination, developing and maintaining foster and rescue networks, administration of contracts, and such other management functions as needed in the operation of the Dog Kennel.
