Currently, GCRTA has 50 copiers (49 Black & White, 1 Color) that serve its main office and satellite locations. Gross production of the company’s black and white documents presently exceeds 2 million, with color documents surpassing 260,000. The various departments within the Authority yield a number of correspondences, reports, agendas, memorandums, documents, RFPs, schedules, inserts, forms, brochures, newsletters, flyers, resolutions, and other materials. These documents bolster internal and external communication needs and vary in volume, frequency, size, technical specifications, and delivery schedules. The authority is also interested in the provision of business printing solutions that will cover GCRTA’s need for effective document and content management strategies, printing sustainability, usage logistics and analytics and security systems management. The proposed enterprise printing services should include a comprehensive maintenance plan and all supplies (excluding paper) at a base plus cost per copy rate.
