The proposed LMS and EPMS solutions will include GCRTA primary and functional users ranging from in-depth walkthrough with a potential ‘train the trainer’ style model to functional user overview. The Training department will be the primary user of these systems and supported by Management Information Services (MIS), and Information Technology (IT) departments as needed. The vendor must provide training plans with topics to ensure the primary and support users are able to understand and fully leverage the vendor solution. Ongoing Support will include maintenance, upgrades, patches, break/fix solutions, and related support must be available for a multi-year agreement for up to five years including 24/7 technical support via phone, email, or help ticket. Included Cybersecurity & Disaster Recovery that supports Microsoft Azure connectivity and SAML single sign-on. Best practices such as single sign-on and roll-based authorizations should be called out and explained in vendor proposal. Ensure Disaster Recovery, back-up, and data retrieval strategy of GCRTA’s data without interruption or loss of data.
